His experience spans multiple sectors and focuses on shaping technology strategy, defining operating models and supporting organisations through periods of significant business and technology change.
At nVisionise, Alan works closely with senior stakeholders to provide clear leadership, constructive challenge and practical guidance to ensure teams deliver high-quality outcomes in complex environments.
Naunton Cheesman
Naunton has over 30 years’ experience in senior technology and consulting roles, working with organisations to define, assure and deliver complex IT strategies and operating models.
His background includes leading global teams in regulated and large-scale environments, with particular focus on delivery assurance, service transition and the practical implementation of target operating models.
At nVisionise, Naunton supports clients by providing structured oversight, clear requirements and disciplined execution to ensure technology change delivers measurable and sustainable outcomes.
Rakesh Patel
Rakesh has over 33 years’ experience in senior leadership and advisory roles, working across business and technology to lead complex change in large, global organisations.
He specialises in major transformation initiatives, including business separations, integrations and cost-driven change programmes, with a strong focus on operating models, governance and delivery control. His recent role, is heading up IT for a UK Wealth Management organisation.
At nVisionise, Rakesh works closely with executive stakeholders to diagnose issues, realign strategy and lead programmes back to successful outcomes through clear direction, communication and hands-on leadership.
Simon Hayland
Simon has over 30 years’ experience in senior technology leadership and advisory roles, working with organisations to shape strategy, improve governance and deliver meaningful change.
His experience spans technology strategy, product, service and financial management, and programme assurance, with a particular focus on bringing clarity to complex environments and enabling better decision-making.
Simon is known for working constructively across executive, operational and supplier teams to resolve risk, improve control and ensure technology investment delivers tangible business outcomes.
